I am a professionally trained Transformative Coach, holding a diploma from Animas Centre for Coaching. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, with over 125 hours of one-to-one coaching experience.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychology, mindset work and practical behavioural change. I have completed additional training in Positive Intelligence (PQ), as well as the Science of Wellbeing course through Yale University.

I continue to deepen my practice through further training in NLP, nervous system regulation and somatic approaches, ensuring the work we do together is both psychologically informed and grounded in how real, lasting change happens.

I work with people who feel stuck, uncertain, or held back by patterns they don’t fully understand. Life often pulls us between clarity and confusion, progress and stagnation. Coaching provides a space to explore what’s really shaping your thoughts, choices, and desires -and to reclaim the freedom to act intentionally.

For me, coaching isn’t about giving answers. It’s about guiding you to notice patterns, question inherited narratives, and see your own mind more clearly. The focus is on understanding the inner structure of your thinking, so you can align your actions with your authentic self.
