I came to coaching through a deep curiosity about human change and the human condition. I have always been fascinated by what shapes the way we think, feel, and behave, and by the moments in life when people realise that something in their lives needs to shift.

Over time, this curiosity expanded beyond the mind alone. I became increasingly interested in the different dimensions that shape our experience as human beings: our thoughts and beliefs, the intelligence of the body and nervous system, the importance of relational connection, and the deeper questions of meaning and purpose that often sit beneath our choices.

This interest eventually led me to train as a coach and to explore approaches that recognise the interconnected nature of our inner world. My work now integrates professional coaching with psychological and somatic perspectives so that change can be supported in a thoughtful and holistic way.

Part of my interest in this work is also personal. Like many people, there were times when I found myself looking outward for answers - to expectations, opinions, or ideas about how things should be. Through my own experience of coaching, nervous system practices, and the support of trusted mentors, I gradually began to develop something different: the ability to listen to and trust my own inner voice.

This experience continues to shape how I work today. I believe each person carries an inner compass, a sense of what is meaningful and true for them, but that it can become obscured by pressure, habit, or self-doubt. Coaching offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with that inner guidance.

My intention as a coach is to create a calm and thoughtful space where people can explore their thinking, understand the patterns influencing their lives, and strengthen their capacity for self-leadership. Rather than providing answers, I work alongside clients as they deepen their awareness and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

I trained with the Animas Centre for Coaching and am an ICF ACC-credentialed professional coach. My training provided a strong foundation in transformational coaching and applied psychology.

Alongside my coaching training, my work draws on several evidence-based approaches within modern coaching and wellbeing. These include Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) through the work of Dr. Russ Harris, and emerging polyvagal and somatic nervous system practices.

Bringing these perspectives together allows us to work not only with mindset, but also with behaviour, emotional patterns, and the nervous system. In this way, coaching can support change that is not only insightful, but sustainable.
